INVENTRY GmbH is an IT service company focused on IT security based in Griesheim near Darmstadt. Our core services primarily include IT security consulting, IT support, and individual customer care according to specific needs. Our client base consists of medium-sized companies operating in Germany, internationally, and worldwide.

In Short

• Categorize and prioritize service requests
• Analyze existing customer environments
• Provide remote and onsite support for our customers
• Process disruptions, inquiries, and change requests
• Create comprehensible documentation and instructions for colleagues and customers
• Support projects for our international clients
• Grow together with us and our challenges
• Maintain space for creativity and new ideas
• Work independently and take on responsibility

Requirements

• Good knowledge and experience in the administration of Windows Client and Windows Server systems
• Interest not only in the technical side but also in actively shaping the products and direction of INVENTRY
• Hands-on mentality, willingness to engage with new topics, and continuous self-improvement
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and customer orientation
• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent education
• A true team player who enjoys new challenges
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
