INVENTRY GmbH is an IT service company focusing on IT security, located in Griesheim near Darmstadt. Core services include IT security consulting, IT support, and individual customer care according to specific needs. Our clientele consists of German, international, and globally operating medium-sized companies. We are growing, hence we need strong support!

We are looking for committed IT professionals who are eager to actively participate in the growth of an emerging company with passion and enthusiasm.

In Short

• Categorize and prioritize service requests
• Analyze existing customer environments
• Provide remote and onsite support to our customers
• Process disturbances, inquiries, and change requests
• Create comprehensible documentation and guides for colleagues and customers
• Support projects for our international clients

Requirements

• Good knowledge and experience in the administration of Windows client and server systems
• Interest in not only the technical side but also in actively shaping the products and direction of INVENTRY
• A hands-on mentality, eager to engage with new topics and continuously learn
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and customer orientation
• Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
• A true team player who enjoys new challenges
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
