Overview

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role that partners with the Dallas team to gain knowledge in all aspects of the business, including technical, clinical, and sales.

In Short

• Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings and territory management.
• Guide technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Sell benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users.
• Gain experience in goal setting and preparation for a future quota-bearing role.
• Manage administrative tasks including sales reporting and expense reports.
• Minimum 1-year leadership or outside sales experience required.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
