Overview

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role that partners with the Greenville SC team to gain knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business.

In Short

• Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings and territory management.
• Guides technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Sells benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users.
• Gains experience in goal setting and attaining in preparation for future roles.
• Manages administrative tasks related to sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1-year leadership or outside sales experience.
• Proven record of success.
• Ambition and exceptional work ethic.
• Ability to excel in a high-energy environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work nights/weekends as needed.
