Overview

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role that partners with the Grand Rapids team to gain knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business.

In Short

• Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings and territory management.
• Guide technical in-services for customers.
• Sell benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year leadership or outside sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
