Overview

The Clinical Sales Associate will maximize the utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems, supporting surgical teams and driving sales in the medical device industry.

• Implement clinical sales plans to drive system utilization.
• Become a da Vinci Surgery expert to support surgical robotics programs.
• Support regional sales and marketing events.
• Develop surgical team plans for system usage.
• Drive system utilization through case reviews and team training.
• Expand user base by working with hospital staff and surgeons.
• Lead training sessions for surgical teams on system operations.
• Provide guidance on da Vinci Surgical System usage.
• Manage administrative tasks and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in medical device support or sales.
• Successful experience in sales support or sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Proven teamwork ability.
• Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.
