Middle+ QA Automation Engineer - Remote

Overview

Intetics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middle+ QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team for a new platform aimed at medium-sized and large publishing houses.

In Short

• Develop and maintain automated test cases using Java, Selenium, Cucumber
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
• Write, execute, and update manual test cases when needed
• Test web applications and APIs using tools like Postman or RestAssured
• Track and validate bugs, collaborate closely with developers and QA team
• Write and maintain QA documentation: test plans, test cases, and reports
• Write SQL queries for data validation (SELECT, JOIN, UPDATE)
• Work in an Agile/Scrum team delivering high-quality features

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in automation QA
• Solid knowledge of Java, Selenium, and Cucumber (or strong willingness to learn)
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
• Strong SQL skills
• Understanding of SDLC and QA’s role within it
• Familiarity with test documentation and defect tracking
• ISTQB certification or similar is a plus
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
