Summer 2025 Data Intern - Remote

Overview

This internship will provide an opportunity to gain experience in data management, documentation, and collaboration across departments within Reproductive Freedom for All, a leading organization advocating for reproductive rights.

In Short

• Assist with recreating forms and workflows in a new database system.
• Help with deduping records and cleaning data.
• Document changes between databases and create a handbook.
• Collaborate with team members for successful data mapping.
• Provide training on new database features.
• Present a Migration Handbook as a final deliverable.
• Learn data cleaning and reconciliation.
• Navigate complex databases and data warehouses.
• Develop skills in NGP VAN software.
• Work part-time with flexible hours.

Requirements

• Experience with NGP VAN products or MiniVAN.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently across teams.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets experience.
