Overview

The Senior Cloud Engineer works with a team of skilled staff to create and execute cloud computing strategies by designing and developing technical systems, with specific expertise in Azure Cloud Services.

In Short

• Design and develop cloud computing strategies.
• Oversee deployments and management of cloud-based systems.
• Participate in cross-functional team projects.
• Analyze and manage cloud costs for optimization.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Provide off-hours support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of network topology and configurations.
• Experience with security/compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Project Management processes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required (<10%).
