Site Reliability Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to improve reliability and operational readiness with a strong focus on metrics, alerting, and event management.

In Short

• Build and operate metrics/monitoring platforms using Prometheus and/or VictoriaMetrics.
• Design and maintain alerting strategies.
• Integrate monitoring/alerting with BigPanda.
• Create and maintain dashboards for operational visibility.
• Participate in on-call shifts for incident response.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support monitoring for core infrastructure on Windows and Linux.
• Collaborate with DevOps/Engineering teams.
• Improve service reliability through SLOs/SLIs and automation.
• Experience in managing incidents and ensuring service reliability.

Requirements

• Experience in SRE / Operations / DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus and/or VictoriaMetrics.
• Experience with BigPanda or similar tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux and Windows systems.
• Ability to build reliable alerting systems.
• Experience with Git-based workflows.
