The Director of Workplace Strategy at Interfaith America will lead the development of training programs and consulting services aimed at enhancing religious diversity in workplaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of diversity, pluralism, and inclusion.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel domestically for conferences.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in training or consulting preferred.
