IT Administrator in Healthcare - 100% Remote

Overview

A specialized IT service provider supports healthcare facilities in digitizing processes and operating stable, secure IT infrastructures.

In Short

• First and second level support for users in hospitals and nursing homes (remote)
• Analysis, prioritization, and resolution of issues in client, server, and network environments
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, peripherals, and standard software
• Support for the operation of specialized applications in healthcare (e.g., KIS/PVS, nursing and documentation systems)
• Careful documentation of tickets, solutions, and changes in the relevant systems
• Close collaboration with colleagues from system administration and external service providers
• Participation in rollouts, updates, and smaller projects to modernize the IT environments of clients

Requirements

• Completed training in IT (e.g., IT specialist in system integration) or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in IT support or system administration, ideally related to healthcare
• Good knowledge of Windows client and ideally server operating systems as well as basic networking understanding
• Strong service orientation, structured and independent working style, and high problem-solving skills
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as a confident, friendly demeanor towards users
• Willingness to occasionally work outside of regular working hours (e.g., on-call duty by arrangement)
