Junior IT System Administrator in Healthcare - Remote

Overview

We are a specialized IT service provider supporting medical practices and medical care centers with modern IT services and solutions.

In Short

• Support medical practices and care centers with IT questions in daily operations (On-site & Remote).
• Setup, management, and maintenance of Windows clients, servers, and networks.
• Installation and support of practice management systems and medical interfaces.
• Integration of telematics services (e.g., eAU, ePrescription).
• Participation in helpdesk support (First & Second Level).

Requirements

• Initial practical experience in IT support, system administration, or networks.
• Basic knowledge in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Willingness to learn and interest in IT in healthcare.
• Systematic approach to problem-solving and ability to find solutions independently.
• Strong communication skills, service orientation, and team spirit.
• Driving license class B is an advantage, but not a requirement.
