This position focuses on digitalization and workflow optimization with AI, aimed at supporting medium-sized companies in their journey toward intelligent automation.

In Short

• Analyze and model existing business processes in customer workshops.
• Identify and document automation potentials.
• Support the design of digital solutions using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, and OpenAI.
• Develop technical requirements and briefings for the development team.
• Build simple prototypes using tools like n8n, Notion, and Excel.
• Participate in customer presentations and strategic concepts.
• Optionally conduct your Bachelor's or Master's thesis in the field of process automation & AI.

Requirements

• Studying (Business) Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus, Digital Business, or similar.
• Very good German skills, good English skills.
• Interest in digital business processes, workflows, and automation technologies.
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment in understanding and improving complex processes.
• Initial experience with tools like Miro, Notion, n8n, Zapier, or Airtable is advantageous.
• Good communication skills (written and spoken).
• Independent and structured working style.
