In Short

• You will work closely with our CRM consultants to design, test, and optimize data-driven campaigns along the customer journey.
• You will assist our clients in building a structured testing framework for their CRM activities – from hypothesis formation through test execution (e.g., A/B and multivariate tests) to evaluation and deriving actionable recommendations.
• You will analyze relevant KPIs, measure the impact of individual measures, and identify optimization potentials based on hard facts, not gut feeling.
• You will help optimize micro-conversions strategically – as improving many small elements adds up to a significant increase in overall conversion.
• You will be part of a team that lives continuous optimization: We believe in fast, iterative testing and that speed and adaptability of CRM activities are crucial.

Requirements

• You are an enrolled student in business administration, media, marketing, communication, business informatics, or a related field and excel with very good grades.
• You already have some experience in CRM, marketing automation, digital marketing, or data-based analysis – whether through internships, projects, or academic work.
• You are analytically strong, have a structured way of thinking, and an eye for detail, especially in evaluating and interpreting test results.
• You work proactively, take responsibility, and feel comfortable in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
• You are fluent in German and English.
