Overview

The Marketing Assistant/Coordinator III will support the Channel Marketing Senior Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns and new store openings, while managing internal communications and social media engagement.

• Contract role for 12 months with possible extension.
• Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home.
• Pay rate of $30.00 per hour.
• Manage internal IG page and coordinate marketing for new store openings.
• Assist with planning and executing monthly marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for marketing material delivery.
• Engage with local social media channels to drive sales.
• Track and manage marketing support timelines.
• Conduct competitive reviews to optimize marketing initiatives.
• Occasional travel required for store visits and meetings.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proactive in driving projects to completion.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or Retail Management preferred.
