Remote Sourcing Associate (Project-based)

Overview

The Project-based Sourcing Associate is responsible for proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. They collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support the company’s talent acquisition strategy.

• Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
• Conduct targeted searches for hard-to-fill and specialized roles.
• Utilize Boolean search strategies and other creative sourcing techniques.
• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
• Organize talent pools by role type.
• Draft and send engaging outreach messages to potential candidates.
• Pre-screen candidates to assess their interest and availability.
• Work closely with recruiters to align sourcing efforts with hiring priorities.
• Provide reports on sourcing activities.
• Identify sourcing challenges and suggest solutions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruitment or sourcing experience.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Organizational skills to manage pipelines and reports.
• Familiarity with job boards and ATS platforms.
• Proactive, adaptable, and goal-oriented.
• Preferably experience in sourcing for US applicants.
