In this role, you'll be pivotal in providing remote IT support, ensuring our clients receive top-notch technical assistance. You'll handle a range of tasks, from system updates to hands-on troubleshooting, playing a critical role in maintaining our high standards of IT service.

In Short

• Provide remote IT support and technical assistance.
• Resolve workstation, printer, server, and networking issues.
• Handle standard and line-of-business application issues.
• Be an escalation point for technicians.
• Work with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Support virtualization with VMWare and Hyper V.
• Manage Firewall rules and VPN tunnels.
• Maintain high standards of IT service.
• Work full time from Monday to Friday, PST.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years experience in IT Support.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Server 2012 to 2022.
• Proficient in managing networks and virtualized environments.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong cultural fit with company values.
• Home office setup meeting specified requirements.
• Ability to work full time 40 hours a week.
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA.
• Must pass online assessments.
