In Short

• Provide onsite and remote IT support.
• Resolve workstation, printer, and application issues.
• Handle server and networking issues.
• Act as an escalation point for technicians.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Support M365 and Azure environments.
• Advanced knowledge of networking and firewalls.
• Minimum of five years in IT support.
• Home office setup required.
• Full-time position with specific working hours.

Requirements

• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Server 2012 to 2022.
• Experience with VMWare and Hyper V Virtualization.
• Experience supporting M365 and Azure.
• Proficient in Firewall rules and VLAN configuration.
• Minimum of five years experience in IT Support.
• Advanced knowledge of networking and troubleshooting.
• Active Network Certifications preferred.
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to work full-time hours.
