In Short

Requirements

• Compact RN license or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care.
• Proficient in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Tech-savvy with keyboard competence.
• Must have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
• Ability to follow instructions and utilize technology confidently.
• Minimum of 30 minutes paid shift prep before calls.
• Complete charting after shifts (30 minutes to 2 hours).
• Must work a minimum of 1 evening shift weekly and every other weekend.
