Global Community Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Global Community Coordinator position exists to support and strengthen the Inteleos Foundation’s global network of Imaging Ambassadors working across more than 30 countries expanding access to ultrasound and improving diagnostic healthcare capacity.

In Short

• Serve as primary liaison for the Foundation’s healthcare entrepreneurs.
• Provide wrap-around support for all national ambassadors.
• Coordinate Ambassador onboarding and reporting processes.
• Monitor program performance and compliance.
• Facilitate global community engagement with ambassadors.
• Maintain data collection processes and impact evaluation.
• Coordinate stakeholder and partner engagement opportunities.
• Assist with program administration and operational coordination.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align resources.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in nonprofit program management.
• Experience supporting multi-country or cross-cultural programs preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience tracking impact metrics and program performance indicators.
• Strong public speaking and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Proficiency with budgeting and financial management.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools.
