Overview

Integritas is searching for a seasoned Project Manager/Scrum Master to manage multiple projects, requiring experience in building project roadmaps and timelines while ensuring effective communication with clients and teams.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end project development from sales to delivery.
• Develop and present project scope, goals, and responsibilities to the project team.
• Organize and lead meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate project status to clients and internal leadership.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Provide understandable project status reports to various audiences.
• Able to manage multiple teams in ambiguous situations.
• Escalate issues to the Head of PMO or PMO Lead when necessary.
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
• Experience in Banking, Finance, or Fintech industries preferred.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Preferred experience as a Scrum Master or willingness to obtain certification.
• Able to apply various Project Management methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
• Strong working experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack).
• Comfortable working with Google Suite products.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and design principles.
