This role involves working alongside Account Executives to assist with the technical aspects of the sales process, demonstrating how the product addresses challenges faced by SaaS companies, and fostering relationships with clients.

  • Participate in the sales process and manage the technical side.

  • Answer technical inquiries from clients.
  • Build relationships with technical teams of customers.
  • Manage the Proof of Concept (PoC) process.
  • Optionally improve product documentation.
  • Optionally create prototypes and reusable integration examples.

Requirements

  • Experience with SaaS APIs and integrations.
  • Understanding of the business SaaS landscape.
  • Excellent verbal English skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
