Senior Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Senior Accountant at Integrated Dermatology will be responsible for managing financial reporting and accounting functions for several medical practices, ensuring accurate financial statements and analyses.

In Short

• Compile monthly reporting package including financial statements and analyses.
• Assist with day-to-day accounting functions.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Review accounts payable transactions.
• Calculate commission compensation.
• Responsible for sales tax filing.
• Assist with year-end processes including audits.
• Work within Oracle (NetSuite) software.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Office/Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
