Corporate Recruiter - Dermatology Practice - Remote

Overview

As a Corporate Recruiter for Integrated Dermatology, you will focus on the hiring efforts of dermatology practices nationwide, sourcing and recruiting candidates while fostering relationships within the organization.

In Short

• Source and recruit candidates utilizing various job boards and methods on a national basis
• Review a large volume of resumes and select those that align best with job descriptions
• Screen and interview candidates based on varying criteria
• Document interview findings to share with hiring managers
• Present candidates efficiently and concisely
• Work with Practice Administrators and Physicians on job descriptions and candidate evaluations
• Extend verbal offers and interact with HR on formal offers
• Serve as a liaison to practices, fostering relationships and securing the best talent

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-3 years’ experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems; SmartRecruiters is a plus
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams
• Knowledge of different sourcing methods and popular job boards/sites
• Ability to be creative and resourceful with difficult-to-fill positions
• Must be a relationship builder, able to develop rapport with stakeholders
• Customer service oriented, detailed, organized, adaptable, and tech savvy
