Overview

The Assistant General Counsel will support in leading, resolving conflicts of interest, and managing the intake function, including drafting waivers and implementing outside counsel guidelines at a thriving AmLaw50 firm.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor required.
• 3+ years of legal ethics or law firm conflicts analysis experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Must have good knowledge of conflict rules.
• Effective people skills required.
