ServiceNow Developer - Remote

Overview

The ServiceNow Developer will be an integral part of our team, responsible for the technical development and maintenance of ServiceNow instances, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

In Short

• Maintain and extend a stable production, development, and test infrastructure.
• Create workflows based on business requirements and best practices.
• Design, develop, test, and implement moderate to complex NOW solutions.
• Support security standards and architecture to comply with GDPR, HIPAA, and SecOps requirements.
• Perform integrations between ServiceNow and other internal and external systems.
• Manage all NOW objects, including Tables, Business rules, and Scripting.
• Develop and support portals used by internal and external users.
• Research and resolve technical issues and escalated NOW incidents.
• Collaborate with other ServiceNow development team members.
• Support complex reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in NOW Modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.
• Working knowledge of Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence) and Salesforce.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• ServiceNow Certification(s) are a plus.
• Agile scrum experience is a strong plus.
• ITIL Certification is a strong plus.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar technical discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years supporting, developing, and implementing ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
