• Dive deep into product usage data to analyze user behavior and identify trends.
• Design and implement robust data tracking to ensure data quality.
• Build compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau and Pendo.
• Conduct in-depth analyses including exploratory data analysis and A/B testing.
• Translate complex data findings into clear narratives for product decisions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to leverage data for product improvement.
• Champion data literacy within the product team.
• Manage end-to-end analytics projects ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL and Tableau skills for complex data manipulation.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Confidence in presenting data to senior leaders.
• A proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
• Statistical analysis experience using Python or similar.
• Background in the education technology industry.
• Experience in product analytics and tools like Pendo.
• Proven track record of managing complex analytics projects.
