Project Manager, APAC - Remote

Overview

Instructure is dedicated to creating superior, user-friendly software for teaching, learning, and employee development. As a Project Manager, you will ensure the smooth implementation of Instructure products and services while maintaining clear communication with customers.

In Short

• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage project documentation and time effectively.
• Track team workloads and allocate resources efficiently.
• Engage with stakeholders and maintain client relationships.
• Act as the primary contact for project-related issues.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Experience working with remote teams is preferred.
• Travel and out of hours work may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in an enterprise software environment.
• Project management qualification (Agile PM, CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2).
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of the education technology industry.
• Project management experience in Australia or New Zealand.
