Senior Full Stack Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Design and develop software systems for our clinical staff and patients.
• Build maintainable, scalable systems with proper metrics and monitoring.
• Lead the design and development of mobile software systems.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Research and leverage commercial products and tools.
• Provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers and review code.
• Build and manage integrations between InStride and 3rd party systems.
• Ensure appropriate test coverage and review pull requests.
• Work in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web applications and services.
• 5+ years of experience in cross-platform mobile applications.
• Experience in Healthcare Technologies is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to write systems that will scale.
• Proficiency in debugging production issues.
• Understanding of APIs and integration methods.
• Experience working with a fully remote team is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS is a plus.
• Comfortable with fast-paced startup environments.
