As the Director of Therapy, you will set the strategic vision and drive operational excellence of our therapy services, overseeing a growing team of therapists and therapist supervisors.

Requirements

• Experience managing large behavioral health teams.
• Proven success in strategic leadership and team development.
• Preferred degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Experience in delivering evidence-based treatments for children.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Cultural competence regarding diversity and inclusion.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with trust.
