Overview

ISD is looking to recruit a Web and Social Media Manager to act as steward to our web properties, enhance our digital communications, increase the visibility and impact of our work, and help ensure our voice is heard across online channels.

In Short

• Lead the management and content development of ISD’s website.
• Ensure site content is accurate, timely, and optimised for user experience.
• Oversee the implementation of SEO best practices.
• Manage content production and scheduling across social platforms.
• Create and edit high-quality multimedia content.
• Manage web analytics tools to report on traffic and engagement.
• Maintain content calendars and digital asset libraries.
• Work with external developers to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Develop and implement social media strategies.
• Support outreach campaigns to amplify ISD’s voice.
