Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced AGM - Healthcare Operations to lead and oversee critical operations in the US Healthcare domain.

• Lead and manage large-scale Health & Welfare operations.
• Oversee enrolment processes, file processing, data processing, and carrier file management.
• Manage health payroll operations for timely processing.

• Lead health implementation projects and manage a team of 100+ employees.
• Drive service level agreements (SLAs) and quality metrics.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in US Healthcare Operations.
• Strong expertise in Health & Welfare, enrolment, and data processing.
• Experience in Healthcare Implementation & Benefits Administration is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage and lead large teams.
• Hands-on experience in process automation and operational improvements.
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations.
• Ability to work in a US shift.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
