Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Platform Support Analyst to join our global Platform Support Team, focusing on operational support of our clients using our industry-leading SaaS platform.

In Short

  • 2nd and 3rd line support of the INSTANDA InsurTech SaaS platform.
  • Triage, troubleshoot and investigate client raised incidents.
  • Excellent communication skills to keep clients updated.
  • Work with other teams to escalate issues as required.
  • Work to contractual commitments and SLA agreements.
  • Proactively monitor and optimize alerts from monitoring tools.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing resources and tools.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in customer service.
  • Technical savvy with a passion for technology.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and TSQL.
  • Ability to manage SSL certificates and troubleshoot APIs.
  • Experience with RDBMS.
