In Short

• Understand and align with staffing needs and hiring plans
• Create and manage job postings across platforms
• Source candidates through various channels (databases, referrals, events)
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
• Facilitate evaluations, testing, and feedback collection
• Support offer preparation, negotiation, and acceptance
• Assist with pre-employment checks and onboarding coordination
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and process improvements
• Promote a positive candidate experience and employer brand

Requirements

• Implement and utilize recruitment tools and technologies
• Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring efforts
• Train or guide hiring managers on interview best practices
• Perform other associated tasks, as assigned
