Overview

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling heard and taken care of.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing support role.
• Calm under pressure and empathetic with customers.
• Ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with Gorgias or similar helpdesk tools.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to adapt in a startup environment.
