Totango System Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Totango System Administrator to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Totango, our Customer Success platform. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the platform effectively supports customer engagement, adoption, and retention strategies.

In Short

• Configure and optimize Totango’s SuccessBlocks.
• Administer user roles and security settings.
• Manage integrations with Salesforce and other platforms.
• Implement automated workflows for customer onboarding.
• Collaborate with the Principal Program Manager for alignment with business priorities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance.
• Develop dashboards for customer insights.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Stay updated on Totango best practices and features.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Totango or similar platforms.
• Understanding of Customer Success operations.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Knowledge of API integrations and data management.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
