Overview

The Senior Technical Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer service and technical support, focusing on resolving customer queries and issues related to FP&A and SQL.

In Short

• Provide resolutions and workaround advice for customer queries.
• Coordinate additional resources for resolutions.
• Respond positively to customer queries.
• Reproduce and diagnose reported problems.
• Assist Development and Product Verification with escalated issues.
• Track support calls to closure.
• Work with users, administrators, developers, and sales teams.
• Deliver first-class customer service.
• Ensure service levels are met for each incident.
• Determine the urgency of user issues.

Requirements

• 5 to 9 years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Proficiency with relational databases.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Competency in writing SQL/Oracle queries.
• Basic understanding of DB2, SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Experience with Jenkins and Datadog.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
