Overview

The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in the Project Management Office, serving as the central point of operations for the German speaking team and customers, facilitating administrative activities and ensuring smooth project execution.

In Short

  • Collaborate with the Professional Services team on customer and partner contracting.
  • Assist customers with service hours, contracts, and invoicing.
  • Develop and manage operational reporting.
  • Maintain the professional services application and coordinate activities.
  • Validate project information accuracy at initiation.
  • Assign resources and maintain project hours.
  • Send clients periodic hours balance reports.
  • Close projects based on checklists.
  • Handle additional operational and administrative duties as requested.

Requirements

  • Native German and fluency in English.
  • Project coordination or operational experience in a Professional Services environment.
  • Experience as a project analyst/coordinator/junior role.
  • Exposure to financial reporting/accounting product implementation is a plus.
  • Customer management/client-facing experience.
  • Ability to multitask across several projects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a large volume of tasks.
  • Experience with business and productivity tools (Excel, Word, timekeeping systems).
