Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager at insightsoftware will drive tactical execution and project management of demand generation and customer marketing programs within the Enterprise Performance Management portfolio.

In Short

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Ensure timely completion of activities including webinars and emails.
• Manage third-party activities to maximize ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics.
• Support sales team for marketing-sales alignment.
• Contribute to the execution and measurement of marketing campaigns.
• Manage daily administrative tasks for the marketing department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
• Marketing experience in a fast-paced B2B software or SaaS environment.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze marketing metrics for performance insights.
• Strong project management skills.
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships across the business.
• Proficient in modern sales and marketing tools.
• Experience working with global teams is a plus.
• German, French, or Swedish language skills are a plus.
