Marketing Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing social media efforts, maintaining brand consistency, coordinating events, and supporting partner marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media and event coordination within the USA B2B market.
• Advanced proficiency in Canva, including its full range of features.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to accept and apply feedback constructively.
• Experience with event coordination and partner marketing is preferred.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not required.
