Software Quality Assurance Team Lead - Remote

Overview

As a QA Lead in a startup environment, you will be hands-on and directly impact product quality from day one, leading testing efforts and mentoring team members.

In Short

• Lead testing and quality efforts for one or more product areas.
• Define and execute pragmatic test and regression strategies.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks from the ground up.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and resolve pipeline failures.
• Identify quality risks early and act quickly to unblock releases.
• Mentor and guide QA team members in testing and automation best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering on scope and release readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Automation.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring QA or cross-functional team members.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Solid understanding of Agile testing practices.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments.
