Immigration Paralegal (Virtual Assistant) - Remote

Overview

The Immigration Paralegal (Virtual Assistant) will provide high-level administrative and legal support in all aspects of immigration law, working remotely and supporting attorneys in delivering exceptional service to clients.

• Prepare and review immigration forms and petitions.
• Draft client correspondence and legal documents.
• Organize digital case files and client records.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years as an Immigration Paralegal or similar role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferably with knowledge of Mexican Spanish.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficiency with case management and document automation systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
