We are looking for a Project Manager for HRIS project to lead the comprehensive implementation of our new HRIS (Success Factors) system across the group. Requirements

• Proven track record in managing complex projects.
• Experience with HRIS systems like SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Readiness to travel abroad (Europe).
