Product Designer - Remote

Overview

InPost Group is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial UX/UI designer to design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences that solve real problems.

In Short

• Design intuitive digital experiences for users in 9 countries.
• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors and needs.
• Translate product requirements into user flows and interactive prototypes.
• Create high-fidelity visual designs ensuring brand consistency.
• Conduct usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the design process.
• Contribute to the design system and component library.
• Ensure designs adhere to accessibility guidelines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce is a plus.

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UI Designer, or UX Designer.
• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Familiarity with design tools and frameworks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Experience with Agile and/or Lean methodologies.
• Fluent English required.
