Overview

Join InPlanet as a Legal Assistant and support the structuring and day-to-day maintenance of the legal and documentary foundation of our Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW) operations in Brazil. This is a unique opportunity for law students or graduates to gain hands-on experience in legal operations, document management, contract drafting, and the implementation of internal legal processes, while contributing to impactful climate solutions.

In Short

• Support the Legal Department by organizing and maintaining legal documentation.
• Manage and control legal documents in accordance with internal standards.
• Screen and triage documents from various teams.
• Support the completion and organization of contracts and legal documents.
• Maintain records and version control for documentation.
• Assist in implementing internal legal routines and processes.
• Ensure legal documentation is up to date and reliable.
• Handle legal information with confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements

• Law student (7th semester onwards) or recent graduate.
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with discipline in following processes.
• Comfortable with standardized processes and repetitive tasks.
• Reliable and discreet when handling sensitive information.
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and professional English.
• Passion for climate action and sustainable agriculture.
• Problem-solving mindset under pressure.
• Willingness to travel within Brazil for meetings.
