In Short

• Support in creating, reviewing, and managing contracts (e.g., purchase, employment, cooperation contracts)
• Research on legal issues focusing on Swiss law (e.g., obligations, data protection, commercial law, tenancy law)
• Assistance in ensuring compliance with legal requirements, especially in compliance, AI, and data protection (DSG/DSGVO)
• Preparation and maintenance of legal documentation and internal guidelines
• Organization and management of legally relevant documents and deadlines
• Support in communication with external legal advisors and authorities
• Collaboration in the development and optimization of legal processes within the company

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing studies in law, legal management, or a comparable field, ideally completed in Switzerland
• 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar position, e.g., in a law firm, in the legal department of a company, or in the public sector
• Knowledge of Swiss law (especially contract law, commercial and corporate law, data protection law)
• Structured, reliable, and precise working style
• Proficient use of legal databases and research tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written), good English skills
