Overview

The Field Case Manager plays a crucial role in supporting physicians and patients by managing healthcare programs, ensuring smooth access to therapies, and providing necessary training and support.

In Short

  • Customize program elements for prescribing physicians.
  • Assist with patient enrollment and payer forms.
  • Develop relationships with physicians and staff.
  • Provide patient support and reimbursement guidelines.
  • Coordinate coverage activity between patients and insurers.
  • Report adverse events following standard procedures.
  • Participate in physician meetings and training.
  • Complete relevant reports and documentation.
  • Assist in training new Field Case Managers.
  • Maintain communication with program managers and teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related discipline.
  • Minimum five years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance.
  • Case management experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of reimbursement structures and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret regulations.
  • Fluency in French and/or English may be required.
