Overview

Initiate Government Solutions (IGS) is a fully remote IT services provider focused on delivering innovative solutions across the federal sector. We are seeking a Remote Data Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in optimizing Veteran experience through data analytics.

In Short

• Develop surveys and collect data for statistical analysis.
• Utilize Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing techniques.
• Interface with high-level clients to provide functional support.
• Work with Azure Data Lake and Customer Experience Data Warehouse.
• Create automated scripts for data extraction and transformation.
• Support data product development and integration.
• Work independently with minimal oversight.
• Ensure data normalization and visualization.
• Contribute to various Customer Experience Projects.
• Engage in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Experience in statistical methods and survey design.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
• Experience in Azure data lake preferred.
