Requirements

• BA, BS or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Advanced Excel experience including Macros.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL and Tableau skills.
• Experience with call center data analytics preferred.
• Experience in data feeds and aggregators.
• Client-facing experience is preferred.
• Experience in Patient/Hub Service is a plus.
• Ability to work independently on complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
